- Relaxation and Tranquility: The atmosphere is very peaceful and serene. The Arid room's comfortable seating, for example, will enable you to relax and unwind.
- Family-Friendly Fun: Shoppers can expect engaging activities for children. Many have enjoyed scavenger hunts, coloring activities, and the opportunity to meet characters like a mermaid.
- Seasonal Exhibits & Fresh Perspectives: The exhibits change seasonally, ensuring fresh perspectives and new botanical displays. This may include new features. During the time of some of the reviews, an 'Under the Sea' exhibit was on display.
- Welcoming Atmosphere: The staff is noted to be friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to plant care. The area is kept clean and is very well maintained.
